Creative Billing also gives you control over your receivables and payables without the hassle of a large, difficult, or expensive program. Each module allows sorting, aging, grouping, and printing. You can also print statements as you see the need (and like the invoices, you can design statements to look exactly like you want). No end of the month posting is required, however you can run monthly reports—even share the information with your accountant in tab-delimited text files.With the optional DSQ Datalink, you can post deposits and payments to Quicken, QuickBooks, or M.Y.O.B.
Paid receivables and payables are moved to archived files for organized storage, e.g., by the month, for later retrival or reporting.
