An easy-to use tool for searching, categorizing, and totaling your active and archived job data in hundreds of useful ways (limited only by your imagination). Search for one word or by one, some, all, or a range of criteria. For example: you can quickly generate a report summarizing unbilled photography and copywriting entries between August and November for all clients starting with "S," for two different employees.
You can use the Report Builder to help you conduct simple searches and quick reports. Or, for more exotic searches, you can use more flexible search formulas with boolean operators (OR, AND, NOT, <=, etc.). Macros and formulas can be saved for later recall to generate similar reports without starting over.
