An Entry Screen that does a lot of the work for you
Enter everything in one place, as it extends amounts and posts to jobs
1) Manual entry, even if you are keying in time and expenses by hand, DesignSoft help-screens will prompt you with job numbers, descriptions, and codes. Descriptions can be up to 1024 characters long. All pre-set mark-ups are applied for you, but can be edited at will. If you change an amount later when viewing the job on the Display Screen, original multipliers will be recalled from the Entry Screen.
2) Import generic time and expense entries from your internal application or third party software.
