Invoicing that's fun!
Invoice formats that are your own—nothing standard here
1) Format Screen (see screenshot), set up any number of invoice formats to print the data you want to print, where you want it to print it, and even what typeface to print it in. Add vertical and horizontal tabs, indents, logos, and rules lines. A palette of all the possible fields and calculations allows you to easy place what you want, where you want without knowing any special codes. Also, Creative Billing ships with several handy pre-formatted invoices.
2) Invoice Screen (below), when you are ready to invoice, just select the format to use, job to bill and DesignSoft crunches all the data and presents it in a preview screen that is completely editable before pressing the print button. Save the invoices to disk if a reprint is needed later. If the optional Accounting module is installed, the invoice total will be posted to Open Invoices.b summary that shows totals for fees, expenses, quotes, balances, and invoiced amounts
