Where all the action starts
The cornerstone of the DesignSoft Creative Billing system is the Time & Billing module. This is where projects are started, time and expenses entered, and invoices are generated. Here are just some of its features:

Set-up Window:
• Set rates, codes, and descriptions for each of your own fee and expense catagories
• Set employee hourly rates and vendor mark-ups
• Set tax-rates
• Design your own job numbering formula

Initiate New Job Window:
• Start jobs with job numbers automatically incremented by your formula
• Plenty of fields to record client purchase order numbers, references, and contacts
• Enter fee and expense quotes, and minimum charges

Entry Window: See sample screen
• Enter individual time and expense entries by job
• Entries are automatically marked up according to pre-established rates and then automatically posted to the proper project file
• Expense entries are posted to the Accounts Payables window automatically with no extra typing

Import Time Sheets Window: See sample screen
• If you are using the optional StopWatch time sheet software, automatically collect time from your employee's computers on the network and post it directly to job files without a single keystroke
• Import from non-connected employees via E-mail, disk, or any removable media.
• Import entire time sheet or only selected time sheet entries

Display Job Window: See sample screen
• Show and print a summary of all fees, expenses, and budget standing
• View and edit any individual fee and expense entries
• Sort and group entries by any number of criteria for thorough reporting

Job List Window: See sample screen
• Show and print jobs-in-progress lists, sorted by any field
• Show work-in-progress with 3-line summary of each job, and grand totals

Invoicing Window: See sample screen
• Create custom invoice formats using your layouts, fonts, and identity
• With easy-to-use formulas and codes, show only the entries and totals you want clients to see—be only as detailed as you care to be
• If you are using the optional Accounting module, totals will be automatically posted to accounts receivable
• Save invoices to disk for easy review later

Client List Window:
• Manage a database of clients, contacts, and addresses. Also, displays a running total of work billed to date for each client.
