Where all the action starts
The cornerstone of the DesignSoft Creative Billing system is the Time & Billing module. This is where projects are started, time and expenses entered, and invoices are generated. Here are just some of its features:
Set-up Window:
Set rates, codes, and descriptions for each of your own fee and expense catagories
Set employee hourly rates and vendor mark-ups

Initiate New Job Window:
Start jobs with job numbers automatically incremented by your formula
Plenty of fields to record client purchase order numbers, references, and contacts
Enter fee and expense quotes, and minimum charges

Enter individual time and expense entries by job
Entries are automatically marked up according to pre-established rates and then automatically posted to the proper project file
Expense entries are posted to the Accounts Payables window automatically with no extra typing

If you are using the optional StopWatch time sheet software, automatically collect time from your employee's computers on the network and post it directly to job files without a single keystroke
Import from non-connected employees via E-mail, disk, or any removable media.
Import entire time sheet or only selected time sheet entries

Show and print a summary of all fees, expenses, and budget standing

Client List Window:
Manage a database of clients, contacts, and addresses. Also, displays a running total of work billed to date for each client.
