Batch Archive & Delete Questions NEW FOLDER: I created a new folder for archived jobs but I can't seem to get at it from inside the application CORRUPT JOB LIST: My current or archive job list has duplicates of some jobs and other jobs have completely disappeared from the list. LOCATING THE APPLICATION: I can't find Batch Archive & Delete under any of the DesignSoft Creative Billing Menus. NEW FOLDER: I created a new folder for archived jobs but I can't seem to get at it from inside the application To start a new folder you must create it from inside Batch Archive & Delete. Folders created directly from the finder will not be available. TOP CORRUPT JOB LIST: My current or archive job list has duplicates of some jobs and other jobs have completely disappeared from the list. Click on the window of list in question and then choose "Rebuild" under Batch Archive's "Special" Menu. You can also rebuild the Active and Archive lists from the Creative Billing Job Active Job Menu. TOP LOCATING THE APPLICATION: I can't find Batch Archive & Delete under any of the DesignSoft Creative Billing Menus. DesignSoft Creative Billing, Accounting, and DSQ-DataLink are the only modules that are integrated into the same application. All the remaining modules are stand alone. If you company purchased this optional module you will find it inside your DesignSoft Folder. The DesignSoft Folder is usually located in your root hard drive area or inside your Applications Folder.
