MEMORY ERROR: When I ran my report it quit and gave me error -108
LOCATING THE APPLICATION: I can't find Search & Report under any of the DesignSoft Creative Billing Menus.
MISSING JOBS ERROR - I get an error in the middle of a search informing me that some of the jobs are missing.

Mac OS Error -108 Heap Full Error
This error might pop up suddenly because the size of your job data grows as you add jobs and entries. Basically there was not enough memory to complete the operation in progress and not enough memory allocated to the application. Quit Search & Report and increase the amount of memory available to the program.
To increase the memory allocation, single click on the Search & Report application icon (found in the DesignSoft Folder) and select "Get Info under the File Menu. Change the applications Minimum and Preferred memory settings by adding 1024 bytes at a time until the error goes away.

LOCATING THE APPLICATION: I can't find Search & Report under any of the DesignSoft Creative Billing Menus.
DesignSoft Creative Billing, Accounting, and DSQ-DataLink are the only modules that are integrated into the same application. All the remaining modules are stand alone. If you company purchased this optional module you will find it inside your DesignSoft Folder. The DesignSoft Folder is usually located in your root hard drive area or inside your Applications Folder.

Your job list may be corrupted. Quit Search & Report, start Creative Billing, and rebuild your Active job List and your Archive Job List from the DesignSoft Active Menu.
